План за джендър равенство в научните изследвания – ново изискване на Рамковата програма „Хоризонт Европа“
Резюме
Джендър равенството в научните изследвания е сред основните ценности, критерии и принципи за изграждане на новото Европейско научноизследователско пространство. Несекващата загриженост на Европейския съюз за практическото реализиране на този принцип чрез осигуряване на равни възможности за жените и мъжете и чрез преодоляване на съществуващите дисбаланси и различия намира израз във въвеждане на ново изискване за представяне на утвърдените планове за джендър равенство в организациите, кандидатстващи с проекти по действащата за периода 2021-2027 г. Рамкова програма за научни изследвания и иновации „Хоризонт Европа“. Във връзка с това целта на изследването е да се проучи изпълнението на този критерий за участие в програмата от страна на академичните институции в България, да се оцени съответствието на предвидените области на въздействие на актуалното състояние на джендър различията в сферата на научните изследвания в страната ни, както и да се повиши информираността и чувствителността на академичните служители към този проблем с оглед на актуалните европейски разпоредби.
