Improving the standards for good corporate governance

In connection with the reporting of the project "Establishment of Standards for Good Corporate Governance in Bulgarian Industry", financed by the Scientific Research Fund, a scientific conference on the topic was held on 14 March 2014 at the Institute for Economic Research at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. -- The normative basis of good corporate governance; -- Comparative analysis of corporate governance models; -- Monitoring of corporate boards in Bulgaria; -- Role of stakeholders in corporate governance; -- European perspectives on corporate social responsibility.
