УСТОЙЧИВО РАЗВИТИЕ НА БЪЛГАРИЯ

Резюме

През 2015 г. България изрази подкрепата си за приемане на Програмата за устойчиво развитие до 2030 г. С приближаването на срока за нейното изпълнение, имайки предвид най-високия порядък на целта за постигане на устойчивото развитие, все по-актуален става въпросът какво е настоящето равнище на устойчиво развитие на страната ни в абсолютно и относително измерение – спрямо останалите държави – членки на ЕС, какви са тенденциите и перспективите за изпълнение на Целите за устойчивото развитие до 2030 г. Отговор на този въпрос дава настоящото изследване, в което са представени най-често ползваните комплексни показатели за определяне на равнището на устойчиво развитие, както и мястото, стойността и изменението по показателите за равнище на устойчиво развитие на България съгласно възприетите в ООН седемнадесет Глобални цели. Сред основните резултати на изследването се откроява, че и за трите обобщаващи показателя за устойчиво развитие – Индекса на човешко развитие, Индекса на обществен прогрес и Индекса на устойчиво развитие, както и що се касае до състоянието и изменението за България по отношение реализацията на отделните Цели за устойчиво развитие (по три различни методологии, в рамките на три различни доклада) България е далеч от средното европейско равнище и на последно място от държавите-членки на ЕС. Страната ни е още далеч от изпълнение на Глобалните цели, посоката на изменение за повечето цели е позитивна, макар и с недостатъчно добър темп за достигането им през 2030 година.
