Current study of innovative culture

The new book by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yanitsa Dimitrova, which synthesizes theoretical knowledge on the relationship between strategy, structure, corporate culture and innovation culture, has recently been published. The book includes an introduction, 2 chapters and a bibliography. In the introduction, the author analyses the dynamic environment in which organisations operate, the need for them to be adaptable to the ever-changing needs and behaviour of stakeholders.
