Digital skills – a prerequisite for the development of a digital society
Abstract
The report analyzes elements of the Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI) on access to and use of digital technologies by people in Bulgaria. The use of digital technologies in other European countries has been analyzed. Conclusions have been made on the relationship between digital skills of people and the development of digital society in Bulgaria.
